So thought this was worth posting. I have regular blood work done every six months, and usually it is not that great. I've been more or less blasting and cruising for over a decade. When I cruise, the results are usually much better. This last test I've been on 750 mg test, 400 masteron, 300 deca a week as well as 3 iu gh a day. After the last test I started taking a multitude of supplements including:
Fish oil, niacin, curcumin, red yeast rice, coQ10, vessel care (for homeocystene levels) AND k2. I'm very happy with the results.
LDL dropped 32 points.
HDL increased 19 points (it was extremely low at a 6 and is now 25, still low but better)
Total cholesterol dropped nearly 40 points
triglycerides dropped 34 points
Homeocystene levels dropped 3 points
Cardio IQ(R) HS CRP was a .5, which relates to no inflammation and what is
listed as lower relative cardiovascular risk
Only thing I really changed was my supplement regimen. Overall, very pleased with the results and consider it money well spent.
