Have the docs checked your gall bladder? That could be the pain and bloating.

I wouldn't stress the liver enzymes. . . yet. I have done blood work right after training and my enzymes were in the 240's. I have to take a week off from the gym to let them drop within range for blood work.

This is a good point.......my brother went through this last year. Came out of nowhere. Bloating, pain in the right upper quadrant that also was felt behind his shoulder blades...and his enzymes went crazy.

Just started one day with bloating and not digesting his food like he should....and 1.5 weeks later they did an ultrasound and pulled his gall bladder.

Now he is fine.

I'm not really sure here. Def don't think recent training caused it at all bc mine don't elevate that much. Only time mine were outrageous was on superdrol. I'd say take a week off and eat clean and then re-test, with the GGT added in.

I know zero about gall bladder but what the other poster said is worth looking into

124 alt is nothing crazy especially if that is the only thing that is elevated, just relax and get retested in a few weeks, do not train for a few days before the test. Any damaged/inflamed cells in the body can leak ast and alt enzymes causing a false positive,

Also do not take any shots, inflammation from the shots can leak ast/alt and raise liver values

"Mild elevations are generally considered to be 2-3 times higher than the normal range. In some conditions, these enzymes can be severely elevated, in the 1000s range"

Also take a break from any OTC supps you may be using like preworkouts, fat burners, I've seen preworkout and similar drinks elevate my liver enzymes

FYI

Just checked in my journal

I was using Anadrol x 1 tab only preworkout x 4-5 times a week but I cut it out on Fri 25rd Aug 17 and blood sample was given on 12 oct 17 so i didn't think it would still affect the ALT as there was a good gap ( nearly 2 months) or would it still ?

Also I was taking citrus begamont Jarrows and Shuddha Gugguu for ldl/hdl after the little anadrol run.

I dont really have pain mate.

just bloating and the discomfort which comes with it.

no gall bladder haven't been checked yet.
