Blood work - High B12 level

I had some bloodwork done(results below) in Nov because I was having tingling/numbness in the extremities. My B12 came up really high.
Vitamin B12 >2,000 pg/dL 213 - 816 pg/dL
At that time I was supplementing with b12 so the doc had me stop it. I had it retested yesterday and there was no change.
I had an ultrasound done yesterday as well, I am guessing to see if I have NAFLD? I am waiting on the results.
I have been on trt. I have been self medicating with metformin for a while and have prescription for adderall, which I use a few days a week. Both are known to lower b12 levels.
