Blood work, let me know what you think

I just recieved my blood work, I have been running 250mg test E & 200 mg tren E a week for about 3 months, these are my levels
Total Cholesterol= 259 High
HDL Cholesterol= 25 Low
LDL Cholesterol= 202 High
this could be a cause of the tren, I read it eats HDL

Thyroxine(T4)= 3.7 Low avg 4.5-12
Free Thyroxine Index= 1.3 Low avg 1.2-4.9
Test, Serum= 940 avg 348-1197
Test, Free= 49.91 HIGH avg 5.0-21
% Free Test= 5.31 HIGH avg 1.5-4.2
IGF-1= 136 avg 75-275
Prolactin= 9.4 avg 4-15.2
Estradoil= 28 avg 0-40

Is it odd that my Test serum levels are in the normal range, but my free test is more than 2x the normal levels? Also, is an estadoil level of 28 high? I have been having a lack of libido and energy lately and I suspected high prolactin or estrogen levels. Do I need a more broke down evalulation of the estradoil levels? As in E1 E2 and what not? This is the first time I have had blood work done in years, just looking for some help. Also, I am guessing my test is underdosed since my T serum levels are normal, with the 250mg/week I should be around 1500+ I would think. But what explains the extremely high free test levels?

200-250mg of test per week will not put everyone above 1500ng/dl

Your test levels on that dose are way higher than the average person really is today, I have never seen a natural guys blood work come back that high.

Thats why 200-250mg of test is considered a good cruise dose, it puts most people in the high-normal range. That means on the high end of normal, which is great.

BUMP: I'd like some input by the more experienced educated guys on endocrine levels. Why the super high free test but within normal range serum levels?

High,

Your serum or total test numbers are truthfully of little value.
I've seen people with very high total test numbers who very low free test numbers.

Your HDL is what you should be concerned with.
I would suggest an immediate elimination of tren.
Use tren very sparingly and for very short periods of time.
It's risk far outweighs it's rewards from a health perspective.
