I am new to GH and I’ve read you may need to supplement t4 with chronic use.
I’m assuming your standard test of t3,t4,free&total,Tsh is sufficient?

Yes. Always use sensitive estradiol regardless of the substances you are on. As far as hgh and t4, I cant answer.
