I posted this in the gh /peptide forum but didnt get any responce hopefully some here can help..So I received my blood work back and have a meeting with my endocrinologist. I would like to get some feed back or suggestions on best course to take. I am 45 6' 257 bf guessing 28%.
Test - 185
Igf - 108
Gh - <.01
Est - 13
Her current recommended action is test only with no ancillaries. They want me to do mri on pituitary to see if there is a tumor. I have had headaches for several years now. I was on trt a while back with 400mg test dep. only every 2 weeks and felt nothing. So my guess is I will have to do compensation above and beyond the test they prescribe on my own. Any help is greatly appriciated.

If you can get TRT through your endo and your insurance covers it that would be excellent.

Typical high dose TRT is 200mg/week. Some would argue that anything above 100/150mg is no longer TRT. Keep the ester of the test in mind when you're planning your injection protocol.

Perhaps speak with your endo about HCG.

You don't want to start out with an anti-e just yet. Run your test injections and then a blood test will determine the next course of action.

Need to get your diet changed! Drop some body fat so your test won't aromatize as much.

I think your estrogen being that low is normal on account of your test being so low also. Now if your test was high and estro that low it would probably be a concern. I could be wrong though just my opinion.

thanks darb.. i am just so tired of feeling tired and no energy. I used to lift consistently till started having issues with my arms and shoulders feels like joints might have some issues. Hoping cjc and ghrp will help in that area.

How about a sleep study? With those stats, blood work, and complaints of no energy, always tired.. TRT would just exacerbate the problem if you have pre-existing OSA...

It is not, typical dose is about 100 MG once or every 2 weeks. At 200 MG, that would be me, a 54 year old man at 1376 total testosterone. His other problems is his high BF and poor eating habits, that will effect test levels. Also being inactive and not training will decrease levels. I am betting on a good DIET and better choices in that will increase his levels. Cortisol, anxiety, stress will also decrease levels.

I am a small business owner so stress is always going to be there..lol. during summer I am pretty active as far as walking and climbing but can't lift decent weight due to fear of joints feeling like it will give out. Diet has always been troublesome with my schedule nothing is on a schedule.

Also no signs of sleep apnea according to dr. I was always pretty small in hs. Fresh yr wrestled at 98 senior yr 145. At 22 I was 185 then took job that worked long hours and came home at 1pm eat my dinner then go to bed killed my metabo. Jumped up to 250s and hav been there ever since.
