I think you should be sure you're getting the full cbc panel. It's not much generally. Gives you more health indicators (like was mentioned, liver, kidney, crit). It sounds like this female panel may be a standard cbc panel but without the test, free test, etc like a full blown male set. Should be ok. That is how it generally works and many people do this to save a little money.
Not to hijack the thread, but I have a related question. We know getting labs after heavy training can skew some results, but which ones? Would it be foolish to do bloods the morning after a heavy evening leg training session (we sometimes do lighter weight, high volume 10x10 just for back squats alone). My next labs are scheduled in a way that will cause this unless I move days around or take the night off.
