blood work

Hi i've just had my blood work done all were in normal ranges shown below. but at the bottom of the test it says possible CKD stage 2 (kidney failure)(eGFR 76)
I thought this was strange because all are within normal range?
Doc didnt seem bothered about results, anyone have any info on why it said poss CKD STAGE2?

serum sodium 143 mmol/L (134-145)
serum patassium 4.9 mmol/L (3.5-5.0)
serum urea level 6.4 mmol/L (2.5-7.0)
serum creatinie 108 mmol/L (73-126)

R u on creatine supplements?? You seem to be a bit dehydrated.. Drink lots of water, stop creatine supplemetns get retested.. should be good to go.

Were you hydrated that day? Dehydration can also throw off gfr.

The normal GFR in both kidneys in adults is 120-125 ml/min. The lower the number the worse it is.

When bloods were done i was also just recovering from the flu and tonsillitis.
