Bloods - how long to decline

I’ve had my bloods done the red cells are as shown in the picture.
I have been completely off cycle (taking nothing) for 7 weeks. Last cycle was 1.2g test, 900eq switched out 600mg primo. I was going to run trt,
Would I expect the values to keep decreasing since the high dose or androgens had been removed? Or will they increase again with the addition of testosterone? I’m assuming I may still have traces of eq in the body potentially

Probably keep falling slowly as the the life span of RBC is about 2-5 months.
If you add test/anabolics back in before it falls it will likley start going up again i would expect.

When I came off last it took about 3 months for my cell count to go down considerably so it was in normal range

90 days +/- is a decent number. A few things have to happen so it may depend on your body and how long the drugs take to taper down.

1) aas levels need to drop back into reasonable range
2) this will allow EPO (erythropoietin) to go down. EPO is what stimulates rbc production from bone marrow.
3) epo levels seem to lag declining AAS levels - not massively but seems a few weeks. In other words, you can have a low serum test but if you just reached it from higher levels, EPO may have declined some but still come back significantly elevated.
4) once epo is down the new rbc production normalizes and you wait for the old glut of rbc's to die off.
