EVERYTHING you do will lead to you being shut down more. Sure you can use an AI, a SERM, or some OTC crap to stimulate yourself, however the realities of feedback inhibition are rather relentless in the HPG axis.

If you want to recover as much as possible, you have to stop everything that messes with test or estrogen, and wait for recovery. Expect 3-6 months minimum or longer depending how long you have been messing with your HPGA, even if it has been intermittent. If you have kept yourself shut down for years expect 6months to a year for 300+ test levels.

You might get lucky and be higher, you might get unlucky and be lower, but chances are that is how it will turn out.

If you are ready for a shot once a week for the rest of your life, then TRT is an option.
