just got back from my Dr. appt, not sure what to make of blood work, neither the doc or I, know why CK was tested, but it was....and i went and had it done again after the app't...

my legs have still been cramping like mad, actually if i flex anything i can
knot" up a muscle...not sure if my legs seized up around the blood work or not..

thanks, i have a general idea, but i just wonder if ANYONE sees what may be causing muscle cramps

to me my hematocrit looks like its creeped up, but he said no worry, hemoglobin is good??

he scripted quinine sulfate, also of not, i see in august my blood test had something interesting

carbon dioxide, 29 ref (23-29 mmol/L)

currently reading....was wonder RE calcium do to milk intake...but if u remember i got cramps before even starting with you,,,, and i drank zero milk....

you see that on the results, or just guessing,(since magnesium is not tested) ideas on rectifying...any help would be appreciated, this is killer, feels like my quads are tearing when i do squats!!!

also, i did take a cal-mag pill for a while no improvement, maybe not long enough? maybe JUST magnesium needed????

No is not on your blood work information, I am almost 100% sure that you magnesium is to low comparative with you calcium levels.

Don`t take extra calcium, you body retains more than normal when you are on AAS and lift heavy. Take ZMA evening and aple cider vineger (1 tbs )before training mixed with water (1cup)

Take 350mg magnesium ZMA before bad time and take Humanofort 200 to 300mg per day. Humanofort will help the secretion of the aldosterone wich helps to regulate the rate of magnesium excretion through the kidneys.

im self medicating both, titrating as necessary,

the accutane, is "microdosing".. only 40mg twice a week, far cry from 100mg 7 days a week.... they say blood work is not really needed...

trying to convince my canadian quack dermatologist that doctors in the states are experimienting this way, thinking outside the box.
