my bloodwork is back and I would like feedback on my health. I am on 140mg test E/week + 10mg aromasin/day for medical reasons (hypo-gonadism).
total test 588
total estrogen 10.7
LH <.2
FSH <.2
HCT 52.8
My joints have been aching lately and I am guessing this is because my estrogen is somewhat low since I have already reduced my training volume to attempt to heal my joints (think earlier in the year it was over-training however now I think it must just be low estrogen?). The following is my plan of action to balance the situation...any input is appreciated. I try to be as conservative as possible given my situation (TRT without a doctor). I plan to rectify not having a doctor as soon as my insurance kicks in.
1) start clomid 12.5mg every day (this should kickstart LH/FSH)
2) increase testosterone 30mg/week (this I hope puts me around 700-800)
3) drop anti-E (aromasin) to increase estrogen into the 20s
4) donate blood to drop HCT at least 1 point if possible
5) get retested in 4 weeks to determine if 1-4 benefits me
6) when insurance kicks in go to doctor and work with him/her to get legal prescription (sadly I do not have insurance or a doctor right now for help)
Does this sound logical to you given my bloodwork?
