Any comments are appreciated. 5’10” 235lbs around time of test, worked out the night before (10 hrs prior to fasted draw).

Dosages-
700mg Test E
300mg Mast P

Before anyone comments about it, started P5P at 300mg for prolactin and will retest later

Are you using any thyroid meds ? Also, I am assuming you are using gh with the igf score

P5P doing nothing for lowering prolactin in real world just lower the e2 then your prolactin levels will drop
My only concern with that is e2 was 17 and prolactin 24 last time doing bloodwork. E2 72 this time and prolactin 27 so doesn’t seem like there’s a correlation. But I will switch from P5P to Caber until it comes down

No thyroid meds, no gh
Odd your free T3 is so high without any thyroid meds or gh. I know steroids will increase igf but your igf score seems high for no gh.

I’ve thought the same thing, unfortunately I don’t have a baseline from when I was natural

Do you have allergies, asthma or have you been sick recently? The eosinophils are why I am asking. Would be worth adding in some items to control histamine.

I agree with @luki7788 and would pull your E2 down a bit to get that and prolactin back in range.

I like how your name and date of birth are visible. 😂

Is no one concerned with the high bun? Not high enough to worry about?

Yeah was alittle sick prior to blood draw, so didn’t cause any concern. But I’m curious if E2 is the actual cause cuz I’ve had my estrogen below 20 and prolactin was relatively the same

Bun actually improved from last score(not by much but still) and it was going from .25g total to 1g of total gear. Also idk if working out that close to the draw would affect it at all

I personally wouldn't address lowering your E2 by means of an AI. Being that your NL:R neutrophil- lymphocyte: ratio is moderately elevated is a maker for inflammation. Inflammatory factors are released by neutrophils, such as TNF-α and a decrease adiponectin levels, in turn increases aromatase expression. Address the inflammation rather than bitch slapping estradiol. I prefer looking at an elevated E2 as surrogate marker of inflammatory responses. Most of the time.

Look into ppar-y agonists to help tame down adipocytes inflammation- Resveratrol, Quercetin and Alpha lipoic acid to name a few.

Thank you for the advice Stewie!

Most likely just dehydrated. His Creatine and eGFR are perfect
His osmolality at the time of his labs doesn't indicate insufficient hydration. May have been a bit too much fluid intake prior to his labs. The elevated BUN may be residual of higher protein consumption. That would be my guess.

Probably had roughly 48oz of water prior, and currently eating 350g protein on weekends and closer to 400g weekdays

As a informational side note. There's a relationship with an elevated neutrophil- lymphocyte ratio->elevated prolactin. Prolactin can be a multi-headed demon in certain circumstances, such as an inflammatory cytokine.

Nevertheless.

In the context of NL:R, this is very useful information given the nature that these two distinctively different immunological cells are circulatory. That potentially may give rise to systematic inflammatory responses.

Again with this in mind. I wouldn't jump right on a dopamine agonist. Trying to figure out what's causing the inflammation is paramount. Until then, I'd reach for a ppar-y agonist, supplement, drug before taking a D2 agonist.

I probably wouldn't touch anything unless you are having problems. You might have a slight infection since your neutrophils are a little high. Your total cholesterol is surprisingly low but some people are naturally like that.. unless you are taking a statin.Other things that are slightly elevated like red cells are normal on a gram of gear. Slightly high BUN is normal since most of us are slightly dehydrated when the blood is drawn. Otherwise your kidney numbers look great. Everything else is in range.E2 is a little high but also your IGF-1 is at the top of the range and they can be related. not sure I would touch E2 unless you are having issues. A lot of the good andrologist are leaving it alone if it is a little high but the ratio of T:E is appropriate and no symptoms.

No statin, no issues with E2 besides slight water retention but I don’t mind at all
