I had blood drawn ON cycle in June and tapered off through July with a toremifene PCT in August. My results from a month being clean are listed below - with dietary changes courtesy mountaindog diet's FAQ post in the sub forum!

June 15

Triglycerides 0.63 (range 0.56 - 2.3)
HDL 0.6 (0.9 - 1.6)
LDL 3.71 (Optimal <2.57)
Total CHL RATIO 7.67 (Optimal <4.98)

ALT 62 (9 - 56)
AST 66 (5 - 50)
CPK 1267 (52 - 175)
Creatinine 111 (62 - 115)

September 15

Trigs 0.60
HDL 1.45 (range 0.9 - 1.6)
LDL 1.12 (Optimal <2.57)
Total CHL RATIO 2.85 (Normal <5.20)

ALT 45 (9 to 56)
AST 43 (5 to 50)
Creatinine 110 (62 - 115)
CPK 448 (52 to 175)

FSH 2 (Male UP TO 12)
LH 5 (Male UP TO 12)
Estradiol 67 (post-menopausal <36.7-103) *no male references listed
Testosterone 27.69 (8 to 35)

Obviously coming off the drugs + diet has vastly improved my cholesterol numbers. Not sure what to think of my male hormone results. FSH and LH both appear low but test is high? I'm just about 30 days off of torem by this point, so I doubt it's having an impact still? Not sure if the E2 range listed is accurate (only gives female ranges). Anyone have any thoughts on what's going on? My libido is just starting to come around.

*Metric system FYI

Looks great. Awesome changes in cholesterol. Nice job!

so you are using the coconut oil for cooking? I was thinking of using olive oil if I start implementing this diet protocol.

Correct. I also mix in a tsp with my rice meals - coconut rice is surprisingly good. I don't cook with olive oil (apparently becomes rancid at high temps) but I use it as salad dressing with balsamic vinaigrette.

Just wondering my blood work includes over 40 tested items. Was what you posted just a partial panel? I hope so...

Jay R.

You can't assume any of this was due to the diet when you were coming off a cycle between tests.

Yeah he didn't call for a CBC or Thyroid. Those were all in range on cycle, so he didn't think they'd get worse off. Still taxpayers dollars at work here, so I didn't dispute it.

Fair comment. I had bloods drawn before even starting AAS and my HDL wasn't this high though, so anecdotal evidence suggests my recent diet may have played a factor in my improved cholesterol, considering how fast it rebounded, but that's all a guessing game at this point.

CPK stills looks very elevated , is that not a serious issue?

It can be, but more than likely in my case it's elevated because of a hard workout two days prior. Next time I'll take a 5-7 days off prior to the test to see exactly where that is at baseline. I think it can be an indication of heart damage, but muscle damage (from working out) will give you a "false" reading. That's my understanding anyway...

Normal range for E2 in that measurement is 50-200 for pmol/L for men.

Labs look great, that FSH and LH will climb over time, don't mess with anything.

Your CPK elevations indicated that at least some of your AST/ALT elevations are exercise related...
