here's the rest of it. Still have a poor hdl,ldl,rbc,hemo and hema. Ive only been on 150mg test cyp with hcg the past few months. Im not worried about my ldl b/c that was due to poor diet. I am worried about my rbc,hema and hemo. They are always at this level. Wheter im on a huge cycle or just hrt, they stay right around these ranges. I haven given blood in like 6months due to getting denied everytime for the hemoglobin test they give yah so I really dont know what to do. Here are the supps I use for cholesterol(seems like they dont work lol)
coq10 300mg daily
1200mg kyolic garlic
2400mg red rice yeast extract
20mg policosanol
4000iu vitamin D
8grams fish oil
tumeric extract
and I just added 300mg humanofort today.

Honestly that's not bad bloodwork.
You may want to come down off the test and just do HCG for a bit and lo dose GH to retain gains till the hematocrit comes down to acceptable levels to donate then get in and donate twice a month to stay ahead of the game.
Most places won't let you donate but every 54 days so you can knock out another pint at the maerican blood bank or even local hospitals have blood donation departments to cut costs.

The cholesterol should be dropping as well with better diet- add in some fiber and also increase the vitamin d to 8000 iu's (oil based) add extra vitamin E and add in regular niacin. Also don't be afraid to drink a little alcohol EOD-just a little.

Ohh yah I forgot I also take 500mg flush free niacin 2x per day and 100mg reservatrol every night along with a baby aspirin. Ok so bump the vitamin D oil gel caps to 8000 instead of 4000, that will be done tomorrow. No way im giving blood in mexico unless I can use my own needle LOL I think im just gonna go to a local doc and show him my labwork and see if he can write me a script to do the double cell bloodwork. I gotta get on that, its so damn hard to make a dr. appt when you work an 8-5

Your doc should be able to prescribe a therapeutic phlebotomy whcich would be at least a pint of blood each week til the levels drop back down. I did that for the last 2 weeks.
