The essential fatty acids (omega 3 and omega 6) are called essential for a reason.. they are required by your body but your body cannot make them on its own so they MUST be acquired via the diet... so make sure you include them (and other healthy fats as well - omega 9s, some saturates, etc.).

i sure will...fora while i was supplementing with fish oil pills and evoo every now and then and it seemed to work nicley.... however i have stopped and havent taken any supplements except for some aminos ..... would the lbas that ive been reading about help my cause at all?
