So I wanted to get a snapshot of what my blood work looked like while on at the very end of my cycle, thinking that should be worst case scenario. Didn't want to go dropping down to TRT of 100mg/wk and 4 weeks later go check....that would be BS'ing myself. Anyhow...cycle was 600 mg/wk of Ultrarip (50/50/50 of tren a/test p/mast) and then for the last 6 weeks I started running my test cyp again at 400mg/wk as I pushed harder on my recomp. So I managed to drop 40# off an unsightly 289# frame....completely changed the way I looked in 12 weeks...so very successful from that standpoint. However, blood work was more off than I thought. One of the reasons I wanted to do a mini-blast was to push hard and get the weight off quickly....get my cholesterol levels and BP down. Diet was on point for 11 of the 12 weeks as I had a vacation in there at about the 9 week mark where I just ate what I wanted. I also ran DNP for a few weeks which most definitely helped on the fat losses...pretty incredible stuff.
So my supps along the line....
Curcumin (life Extension) 3 tabs/day (1200mg) (ran out 2 weeks before BW)
Vitamin K2 (LE)
Ubiquinol (LE)
Citrus Bergamot (Jarrow) 2 tabs/day (1000mg)
Tadalfil 12.5mg/day for first few weeks, then had to bump to 25mg/day
The Tadalifil really helped with my prostate and BPH that flares up like a mofo just looking at a little bit of test. Started taking it while on TRT as it eliminated the BPH issue. I figured it can't hurt as far as BP goes either.
Anyhow, see results below. Was disappointed that cholesterol actually worsened while on despite the cardio 5x/wk (HIIT for the most part, 20-30 min) and hematocrit was as high as it was (looks like I need to go give some blood and get rechecked). Now the estrogen number came as a complete shock to me as I showed zero symptoms of high estrogen. My libido was great, no puffy nips or tenderness, no mood issues...really nothing to speak of that would of clued me on to what was really happening there. I haven't cycled in years, but I never had to run AI's on my test/EQ cycles as I never had any high E sides (although now I am wondering if it was high and I just didn't know it as back then I got tested after PCT).
Am looking to make another push to get myself down to 235-240 and absolutely love what the Ultrarip did for me....wanted to run it again, but I either need to figure out what to use to combat these markers that are off or use something else. I did go ahead and get the BP monitor that some of you have recommended on here to keep a daily or weekly read on that. Hopefully some of you that have experienced some of these markers can chime in once again as I am one of those guys that soaks up all of that experience and tries to incorporate in an effort to get healthier. Maybe I just need to come down much slower and stick with my TRT only which was 20mg test c 5x/wk subq...got my t levels from 330 up to 990 (although looking back I should have added the estradiol test to also make sure that was in check).
