BLOODWORK ?

For the vets that no thier stuff. Are these liver values that out of wack for some one on hrt 100mg awk test and 50mg deca wk. plus heavy training 3 day split. AST 65 ALT 84

LFT results

Both are high. AST norms are 0-35, ALT norms 4-36. Over 65 y.o. may be higher.
I'm new to the board but not the gym and I'm an RN.

I wouldn't worry unless they stay high. Get retested in 2 weeks. A blood test is like a snapshot in time that only tells you what the levels are at a given moment and they may be normal next time.

Thats about the range mine were in my last blood work. Doc said it was a little high but nothing to worry about. He said it was probably from drinking

thanks guys makes me feel better. but tell that to my primary care doc he is having a cow i told him just weight training alone will bump up your values and he just looked at me like i have to heads.

Yeah, my old doc in the past wanted me to go in for an ultrasound of my liver. He was convinced I had something really wrong.

Thats funny he made me get one last march and
the numbers were lower. so hes really tweaked this time.
