He was at my gym last night, I just missed him but my girl friend talked to him she said he was a nice guy and looked in show condition, she got me a signed photo from him. I thought that was pretty cool. He was promotoing some liquied egg white stuff, my g/f bought a tub it has a squirt push nozzle on top, not bad deal for 25.00 though considering its the size of a big whey tub..

Yea its a block of ice right now, cool to hear you like it. Im sure its nothing spectaciular but I like changing things up in a bodybuilding diet so I dont get so bored with the same routine.

Ya this chicken is ridiculous, I wonder why they decided to use that thing, I was thinking someone tried to get creative with bob Chics name making some roided chicken mascot inspired by him lol.

I was a baker for 20 years and i have been using egg whites to drink since 1985...if you have to ease into drinking them ..if you drink too much too fast and too often it will go right through you..worse then anything you had before so be careful and go slow with the amount you drink..you do not have to cook them as they are already pasterized..good luck...

Ohh yes as a side note they will give you real bad gas..a raw sulfer smell that does not go away from cars,beds and cloths for days..truly ...pick your moments the smell stays around a while....if you fat in your car i promise your car will smell like ass for days and if you keep tooting in your car it willsmell like that till you clean it up with ..well you'll have to keep it clean and try to mask the odor...you guys and girls will see what i mean about the gas problem...

i figured it would be a great deal until i realized its just as many servings as 15 cartons of the liquid egg whites i buy at the grocery store which work out to 49.35 (which i already think is overpriced, but i live in NYC and everything is overpriced), while their 2 gallon bucket is 56 bucks plus shipping .. doesn't sound like a very good deal to me

Yeah its pricey allright. I can also confirm the gas but its not so bad for me.

i mean for me a dozen eggs gets about 2cups sometimes above sometimes below

is salmonella really that big of a problem
you could still heat the eggs in warm water at a temp 128-138f for a hour
and then it would be pasteurized
so still wouldn't a dozen eggs be cheaper
or is there a reason to buy these eggology egg whites

salmonella is mainly on the shell of the egg. Some can exist within the egg but usually doesn't. Why not just cook them? Or throw them in the microwave for a few seconds? there ya have it.
Phil, were do you find those for $14/gallon that seems really reasonable?

I agree the salmonilla is mainly on the outside of the shell. If you are too worried about it you can just wash them in antibacterial soap before you open them.

I have also heard that only 1 in 30,000 eggs even has salmonilla and for a healthy person it really not a concern. BTW so many people shy away from the yolk?

I eat 2 doz raw eggs a day so far no problems knock on wood.

Oh its definitly not a good deal, I said that when they first come out I didn't even buy them my girl friend did, I usually will get eggs in bulk from cosco and boil a few dozen every so often. She is a female though so she looks for opurtunitys to spend money..
