Here’s your problem bro- you went from doing 120 minutes of cardio per day which is a very high amount to zero cardio even though you were doing heavy labor at work. You probably had a consistently higher heart rate for 2 hours per day which is now being replaced with a more inconsistent workload.I’m just taking HRT and t3 and cycling albuterol, with hgh, nothing has really changed much the last 16 weeks. Also I haven’t been laying around, normally in the morning I’ve been doing 90 mins cardio, and in the evening I do an hour of weights and 30 mins cardio. So 3 hours total. But with work added in and it being peak season, I’m there doing heavy labor fir 6-7 hours and in the evening just a hour weights and that’s it.
