Body COMPLETELY out of whack

I’m just taking HRT and t3 and cycling albuterol, with hgh, nothing has really changed much the last 16 weeks. Also I haven’t been laying around, normally in the morning I’ve been doing 90 mins cardio, and in the evening I do an hour of weights and 30 mins cardio. So 3 hours total. But with work added in and it being peak season, I’m there doing heavy labor fir 6-7 hours and in the evening just a hour weights and that’s it.
Here’s your problem bro- you went from doing 120 minutes of cardio per day which is a very high amount to zero cardio even though you were doing heavy labor at work. You probably had a consistently higher heart rate for 2 hours per day which is now being replaced with a more inconsistent workload.
 
Just to elaborate- you may not have realized it but during 2 hours of cardio per day- not only were you elevating your heart rate but you are most likely losing water through sweat. Now you are holding more of that water. Also said you are drinking more water during work. The odds of this being a heart issue are not that high IMHO being that you were still very active while not working. If you were in bed all day for months and then suddenly once you started working- swelling appeared - I would be more concerned.
