Does weight depend more on the person's frame, or is the standard rule of thumb for weight according to height (bodybuilder wise) still more accurate?
I've always had a tiny frame, I used to disappear in clothes as a child. Some guys on here like Big Dave Smith weigh a lot, and he's a big dude for sure, but I think he himself said he's never been below 225 since he was 16.
Some guys look like they weigh more than they are, and others are the complete opposite. I guess if you're big you're big, no frame is hiding 240+ lbs of lean muscle.
