Hey brutus69;
I apologize. For some reason I missed reading your post on measuring
shoulder width. I hope you did not misconstrue my post as me calling
you out . . . was just curious about how you came about your measurement
as exaggerated measurements are, well, you know . . . not uncommon.
Now . . . not that it really matters but . . . the most accurate way to
measure shoulder width is with a pair of large metal calibers and then
transferring the caliber width to a steel ruler or metal tape. (Shoulders
should not be pumped.)
FYI . . . here is some additional info if you are interested. And you seem
to be on the right track

(Scroll down . . . some good info on how to measure shoulder width.)
. . . what u should do is stand against a wall and have someone put a line beside each delt, then measure that width and let me know.
the shoulder width thing is what amazes me, i see guys crazy wide and then i get jealous cuz i'm only 23" wide at the delts.
I am curious brutus69, how do measure your shoulder width?
Thank you.
