Those were some tiny legs, if he would've worked them more he might not of needed so many guns lol. The cops were stupid, I hope they're a little smarter than that now! If all of our cops had their intelligence we'd be screwed! He didn't even care that he was getting arrested either, if that was me I'd be a little more upset.

...and it's not illegal to own guns guys. What does make it illegal if he has felony charges from before, then yes...illegal. I love when someone gets busted and the media reports all the firearms that were confiscated...never do they clarify if they were legal or not...they just throw it i the sotry to make it sound so much worse.

The guns become illegal either way if they are found in the vicinity of the illegal substance. They are considered to be an accessory to a crime (both possession or selling) or the like.

He handled it the right way. When you're in that situation they don't need to see any emotion...They don't need to know if you're sad, mad, glad or had! Let them do their thing and when it's time to talk, you request your lawyer.....

he was originally busted for the guns but then they found steroids....IMO your going to get caught with AAS if your involved in other illegal stuff

First thing I noticed is that he was not read his miranda rights. I think anything he said in there could be thrown out of court because of that?

thats what i figured the other dude was thinking, but if you watch alot of other arrests (even nowadays) they typically will waite to read any kind of miranda rights...not sure what the law says on when they need to be read. I'm guessing it really doesnt matter anyways...after all they had the search warrant for the guns, and when anything else illegal is found the person can and likely will be charged for that as well....miranda rights dont really mean shit in this circumstance.

Correct (from experience) they will lie and try every way they can to trick you into talking ,then they will quote you in the arrest report and/or the affidavit for search warrant. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!!!!

The problem is LE can ask you anything before they arrest. If you haven't been arrested yet, mirranda rights don't play into it. Always clarify if you are under arrest, then go from there. See what I mean?

That looked very old and staged like an after school special. Hair styles, tight uniforms. The one lead officer had no badge or ID i could see. The phone- corded and old school. No cell phones. Seemed staged.

umm it did happen in probably the late 80's or early 90's...maybe that would explain a few things....
