I know this has been discussed a few times in threads before. But this industry is always changing and I've never found a better source of info than PM.

What things do you take on a daily basis, and of those which do you feel are worth it and if you have a reason for taking it.

Currently for me it's

Fish Oil
Creatine
Multi Vitamin
Baby Aspirin

At times I have also done things like liv52 etc.
Its hard to determine whats worth it and what might be causing more harm than good, so would love some quick inputs on what you guys do since I know we have the best collection of experienced guys anywhere.

I really don't think it's necessary to go through this again. If you do a seach, you will find 8-12 threads and about 4 of them are absolute GOLD MINES of info.

I created one called the bodybuilder's toolbox.

There is so much info out there for you to find and this will really be unecessarily redundant. Just my opinion...

i started taking these (NOW foods digestive enzymes) and together with a probiotic have really cut down on the amount of farting I do. My missus thinks its a god send lol..

Yeah "super Enzymes" thats the one. The pro-biotic i take is called 'inner health plus', im from Australia so not sure if you get that brand (JM had a thread a while ago on what to look out for in a pro-biotic, refrigerated etc etc. )

I also use the NOW brand of sweetner 'better stevia balance' as it has a pre-biotic in it as well. I use it in coffee and on my oats. (that was another suggestion from JM)

Inner Health Plus is a great pro biotic. I used to have serious bowel issues every morning. So I started taking one of these each night before bed. It's not perfect but it's far better than previous.
Btw I have been diagnosed with IBS.
