I know this has been discussed a few times in threads before. But this industry is always changing and I've never found a better source of info than PM.
What things do you take on a daily basis, and of those which do you feel are worth it and if you have a reason for taking it.
Currently for me it's
Fish Oil
Creatine
Multi Vitamin
Baby Aspirin
At times I have also done things like liv52 etc.
Its hard to determine whats worth it and what might be causing more harm than good, so would love some quick inputs on what you guys do since I know we have the best collection of experienced guys anywhere.
