Two years ago I had (for like two days) a buzz-cut mohawk ala Chuck Lidell. I was in the middle of a Phera / Superdrol bridge cycle (only thing I've ever tried). It was the summer, and I was gonna shave my head anyway, so why not have that haircut for a few days? One day at work, the smooth, cool guy alpha male in my office made a comment about my new haircut, to which I replied, "Hey, when you can deadlift 500 lbs, you can get whatever haircut you want". I had a coy, boyish smile on my face. He stopped what he was doing, came over to my desk and started talking to me about lifting weights for the next fifteen minutes. He didn't really know much about what he was talking about, but had all kinds of tips for me. I didn't stop smiling the whole time.
Confidence is everything I guess.
