I'm 44 and stay on test year round. My last cruise cycle was the popular 100mg test/100mg tren combo and I actually made some nice lean gains. I like to blast 2-3 times a year. Here is my current cycle:
1.2g sust/wk
500 deca/wk
40-80mg dbol ed
10-20 iu's slin post 3-4x wk
75-100mg tne preworkout (usually when training large muscle groups - legs, back, chest).
I'm near the tail end of this cycle and may only go another 3-4 weeks. BP has been giving me some issues, but it comes w/ the territory.
After this blast I'm planning to just cruise on test only - 250mg/wk, but somehow that always turns into 500mg/wk, so it's not really a cruise is it?
I train 5-6 days week and alternate between high-volume and heavy work. Typically I'll train each body part per day (chest, back, legs, arms and shoulders), but I occasionally mix that up and train two groups together. I also do 20-30 minutes of cardio 2-3 days per week.
I love to train and like feeling juiced, but don't think I take it to the extreme. I'm bigger and stronger than most of the younger guys in my gym, so I'm pretty content with what I'm doing these days.
I don't know how long I'll keep this up, but it's my passion and I hope I'll be doing it for the rest of my life.
