What THN said is pretty much on the money...identifying te problem and working on it to eventually fix it with no use of meds is the best route by far. Not medicating the issue which is what so many docs love to do.... Why you ask? Because they get PAID! for using certain meds. So te more you can try and overcome this the better. The mind is a powerful thing.

Any others in particular besides Eq and tren? I feel Godly on test of course but of course when off it's not the case. I'd really rather avoid aggravating my anxiety with AAS.

Everyone is different so it could be anything. However I would say eq and tren are the main culprits. I believe very strong androgens such as halotestin would have a bad effect too but have no personal experience using halo. I am generally ok on everything else.

I think dose is very important too. The two listed above are bad to me regardless of dose... high dose would simply be hell. Fluctuating hormones can have an effect on your general well being... meaning anxiety could come out in those times.

For me I notice my anxiety coming out more when I go higher in dose for test. I feel this is largely due to increased estrogen when on test so controlling e2 is very important when on cycle for all the usual reasons and anxiety. Masteron is the same but for different reasons... I noticed it getting worst when I upped to 500mg one time. As mentioned above Anavar is completely the same... when I go 80mg per day it comes out. However for me personally I am able to get through on test, avar and mast and things usually balance out after a few weeks.

Just be careful with going up very fast in dose and probably best staying away from tren and eq. Everyone is different though so experiment but try things with an open mind cos I feel many who suffer from anxiety will create issues themselves but think it is the compound itself causing the issues.

Eq causes bad anxiety due to it's effects on GABA-ergic transmission. Like with all other aas causing anxiety I feel the best solution is to take smaller ed shots to help prevent or ease any issues. However if you are prone to anxiety Eq is best not touched.

I keep asking this question lol but would a weak androgen cause anxiety? How about one with an anabolic/androgenic ratio of 1100:91 ?? EQ killed me with anxiety but Tren was much worse.
