Shelby and JM would be my two recommendations. They have shared soooooo much knowledge on this board for free it's pretty ridiculous. I talked to John via email a while back and his answers were not one or two liners, and no, I wasn't working with him. Just asking him some diet questions. I felt like I should be paying him as he was taking time to answer my questions for free and I didn't want to be "mooching". He said he was just happy to help. I've NEVER heard anything derogatory, or even really negative from either of them. No posts with F bombs galore, I like that. I wish I wasn't broke haha, I'd love to work with both of them
Heck, do that! I think, don't quote me on this, but I think if you work with both of them together you can get a discount on each ones service :headbang:
Another thing, a lot of prep coaches out there suck, even more suck at communicating with their clients regardless of their knowledge and experience.
Shelby replies to emails quick and he pays attention to each and ever client, its actually pretty impressive considering how many people he trains how he keeps up with each and every person as if they are the only client.
I've talked to many people recently who had coaches that once they got the money were never heard from again, or might reply to an email 2 weeks later, and didn't address any of the clients concerns.
There are other good coaches like Shelby but he's the only name I know for a fact who communicates as well as he does AND gets results.
My roommate used several big name guys including George Farah, and Shelby is by far his favorite and has got him the best results overall.
