Works the fuck out of his adductors to give his legs a bigger illusion then his stance and posing is showing those huge adductors

Also they LOOOOVVVEEEE heavy barbell lunges , and i mean heavy !!

Is bodybuilding a big deal in Iran? Are there a lot of jacked up Iranians walking around all over the country?

I’m obviously not bboy but if you don’t have an actual adductor machine in your gym just pick up a set of wrist/ankle cuffs somewhere online. Put the cuff around your ankle and connect it to a low cable pulley (with the leg you’re training being closest to the pulley. Hold onto something for support during the sets and make sure to get a good stretch.

I don’t like it as much as an actual adductor machine because it’s a lot harder to get into a (controlled) “power groove” but it’ll get the job done if you use a solid rom and train progressively

Anything with a wide stance driving your knees outward.
Go to this Iranians IG page and watch him squat, very wide stance, not real deep working the fuck out of his abductors. Feet slightly higher on the platform of a leg press machine, little more than shoulder width apart come down allowing your knees to flare outward.
Simply lie on your back feet on the ground with your knees fully bent, have your wife stand between your legs and you push as hard as you can inward with your knees trying to touch your knees together (your knees should be pushing against her lower thighs)
Even sumo style deadlifts work your adductors.

have some friends that use "BANDs" for adductor work & they really recommend them
(..super slow reps ..static holds ..negatives)

^^^don't know if this could replace more traditional heavy work
BUT it's a viable alternative in a pinch, or even use "in addition" to
..cheap & versatile +take'em with you anywhere

I've never performed Sumo deadlifts. I can perceive how they would target the adductors. I will have to try these.
