Seen them taller and more ripped than that around my farm. At 70km/h top speed they are total beast's. Amazing tasting low fat meat, that I can eat for free. Now I'm hungry for a a roo steak, with some lamb cutlets on the side. The commercial roo meat industry here in Australia only uses 25% of the roo's that have to be culled a year to control the population. The rest are left in the paddock to rot under cull permits, if only more people around the world ate it. Could be a huge export market. But people seem reluctant because it's on our coat of arms.
