This isn't a bodybuilding per se but nutrition. I have been constipated a week and laxatives, all the high fiber foods they tell you to eat..aka Google "foods help constipation ', and an er visit and the Dr telling me "greens, fiber, veggies " didn't do fuck all.
As a last resort I went to the buffet and made sure I got all the grease in the pan and scooped on my food. We'll 30 minutes later..after not shutting in a week...it's falling out and I couldn't be happier.
Is Google not allowed to tell you to eat greasy as food? Doctors also don't know it makes you shit?
