And building muscle is a long process, takes years.

With age, it's very important to pay even more attention to nutrition, quality of supplements that support anti-aging, and train with consistency.
I compete as a masters competitor, and continue to see change and progress, even though I didn't get serious until mid-30's. I'm now 51... still progressing.
It's not a 6wk plan that works. Its consistency

I opted to shave off the beard and cut off the pony tail foe my mid life crisis. It was a cheaper route to take. And easier then dealing with a 20 year old.
