hey guys, thinking of gettting ripped and ready for the summer. Had a couple of questions, let me know what u guys think. Been trying to decide on Dan Duchaines Bodyopus or the article that Big A wrote for getting ready for competiton. Who has does either and what were your results? I was leaning towards Bodyopus, because i will not be using as much AAS as in Big A's article. Also curious, if Doing Bodyopus and using AAS... Test and Anavar are my choice.... can i do more workout then he recomends? Also is BOdyopus good if your using gear? Just looking for some advice and getting ripped up from u guys who have done either.. or both. Even thought of using some insulin... but dont know much about that.. so will have to read A LOT before trying it. Thanks bro's
