Hey Pacey,

You beat me too it. Just got an email about being back up, checked the site and it will be soon. Admin is working with the server to back everything up, it was one hell of a crash. We should be back online very soon.

Thing is that I like this place so much that I am not going to spend all my time at bolex like I used to. Maybe my PM's will slow down, I won't have to mod as much and then I can hang out here more.

Bolex is back!

No there are just a lot of Anabolex Refugees. Same at alinboard. They have just been anticipating there board comming back after a week or so.

bolex. hooray bolex. I found promuscle a long time before bolex crashed and I like the sponsors that bolex doesn't have and there is some hardcore knowledge here but for fast pace excitement and nonstop douchebag questions and hilarious replies nothing beats bolex. I hope I didn't piss off any promuscle folks because I'm not saying one is better. They are just different.

P.S. If anyone noticed my join date says jun 06 but i had a different name before, GySgt Hartman, just couldn't log on so got new name.

I have to agree from the pure entertainment factor of total bafoons posting bolex has got to be the king of all bodybuilding message boards. i always know if I want a great laugh to just go over there becuase somebody there will post something that will make you chuckle for hours.

big thanks to the dudes over here at pro muscle for taking in so many bolex refugees. this site has curbed my withdrawls. alot of solid information over here. I'll be sticking around for sure.

on a negative note, still no sign of bolex back up. everytime I go over there, nada....

All threads and previous information from bolex is lost. They server they used for backup was on the same network as the main server.....duh. So everything is lost, including such greats as "the pre-clubbing thread".
