Aloha -
I've been using 'Bonafide' grass fed organic beef bone broth for 2 weeks now. About 12 oz's a day as a drink. Have also been sauteing in olive oil, with garlic, ginger, chili powder; 3 oz of grass fed organic ground round, with green onions, shiitake and mitake mushrooms, cilantro, and some purple kale. Cook it together for a bit, then add the bone broth, and simmer.
Sometimes I have a couple of pasteurized poached eggs on the side.
Definitely has become a part of my regular staple. With the various joint, bone and cartilage issues I have, this can only help.
