Agree. I make my own too, use it for the same things. I use a pressure cooker;
probably the most underrated, underutilized piece of kitchen ‘hardware.’ It
is priceless. I call it fast slow food
And if you are not preparing your own food, from scratch, you are missing out
big time on the nutrition boat . . . I believe it is the single-most important
thing you can do for yourself nutrition / health wise.
