Sorry to hear about your shoulder problems bro. Have you had an MRI yet? Ultrasound? Gotten scoped?
People have had good luck with steroid injections in the past to address the pain. PRP injections, as mentioned above work quite well for soft tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and muscles, but there is not a whole lot of solid information out there on how well it helps with joints.
I was just talking to a friend who is an MD specializing in orthopedics, and he was telling me about these stem cell injections hes been giving people. Apparently he has given a few people an injection of stem cells directly into a joint, and the results have been amazing. He jokingly expressed concern that the results were so impressive that he might be having to get a job at McDonalds or something!
Look into it. My friend charges 500 dollars per injection, and makes no money. He is doing it at cost right now because its so new and wants to get a feel for how well it works. I am sure there is a doctor near you that is doing something similar.

Another idea (without trying to sound like a sales person!) is to try HGH. I know that many of our clients that order HGH are not bodybuilders, but are just regular people with injuries. I will tell you that I have had a few customers tell me that HGH has cured a variety of chronic pain type injuries.
Best of luck with the pain man.
