what level of "enhancement" is he assuming with these numbers?

5'10 and 243 lean is fucking huge.

It is, but I suspect you're also picturing a fairly low bodyfat percentage. I don't think Sheiko is thinking in terms of bodybuilding proportions. For example, many powerlifters in the "unlimited" category (the cutoff varies from federation to federation) carry a fair amount of fat along with their muscle.

Taller athletes often have unfavorable lifting leverages, particularly when squatting or benching, and extra bodyweight (even fat) can often help somewhat in offsetting such disadvantages.

Those numbers seem a bit low to me. I knew a successful powerlifter that was about 5 foot 6 inches and competed in the 243 lb class. According to this chart he should be in the 182 lb class. That chart would work fine for me though.

fk me i would be in the 165 and could even be in the 149 if i went in a sauna

i need to eat more :(

Those are just guidelines. I'm in the 242 class and I am 6ft. My goal is to get up to a solid 250 to 275 over the next couple of year and remain under 15% bf.
