Boron

Anyone know the difference between:

1) Boron from calcium borogluconate

2) Boron citrate/asparate/glycinate complex.

Both are 3mg per serving. The latter also has a bunch of vitamin b2 added (1923% of daily value). Is there a benefit to this?

Anything ending in -ate is highly absorbable comparatively. I'd probably pick the blend since everyone has varying ability to digest specific nutrients.

I use a few joint supplements with born included but is has positive effects on my free T.
