Most of the bbing community know what needs to be done in prepping their bodies for competition. For me, heavy dosages worked best because I was a big guy.

And for the comments about stripping. I've done it to cover bbing costs along with along of other bb'ers. The bigger the muscle guy, the better the tips. Most people outside of hardcore bbing don't realize the costs associated with this sport. I hold a full-time job, do personal training, and may do stripping again to cover costs.

I'm planning a 2015 contest. I'm no longer a young bb'er but an experienced bb'er with a family who has the has goal of being a freaky sized bb'er. At 6'2" and 268, I'm moving in the right direction. Plan to hit 290-305 and then diet down. I still got the hunger.
