You can use BPC and TB-500 together in the beginning, Wolverine stack. TB-500 is very good for getting blood, for healing, into those areas that lack blood flow to begin with, ie: bones that are broken.

While most think about BPC in the context of muscular injury, it's worth a shot. Some of the positive clinical literature is based on crushed rat trials. Yes, the methodology is exactly how it sounds.
I would start as high as 1500-2000mcg/day for the first two weeks then titrate down each week by 250mcg. I don't believe a standardization of amounts have been established yet. I almost lost the distal digit of my ring finger a year and a half ago. I used BPC and TB right away and saved it. Started high for the first couple of weeks then slowly titrated down from there for around two months. The healing was phenomenal, surprised the physical therapist and doctor.
TB has a long half-life, 3-4 days, so you can administer twice a week. But if you use the Wolverine stack you want to administer at least once a day because BPC has a very short half-life, 3-4 hours. For a broken bone like your metacarpal, as long as there really isn't much soft tissue damage once a day should be fine.
HUGE help when I broke my hand. Swelling went from a catchers mitt to normal in 2 days which helped a lot of pain. I did 1000mg twice day for 5 days then 5 days of 1000mg a day. After that it just needed time to heal .
I’ve been dealing with a strained muscle in my right (dominant) forearm. It’s been a bitch because I work a physical job so I’m always having to pick up things weighing 25-140lb daily. So naturally it’s not getting the proper rest.
After 2.5 weeks I said fuck it and fired in 10mg of BPC-157, and the pain almost disappeared. Easily an 80% improvement. I’ll keep a daily injection of 5mg for the next 10 days. After that I’ll stop the BPC and see how my forearm fairs moving forward.
The strain came from pushing out 2 more reps till total failure with 35lb dumbbell curls…. Christ, getting old blows!
