BPC 157 - where to inject, torn biceps tendon

I have a partial tear in my biceps tendon. Just found out. While I am waiting to see someone about potentially trying platelet rich plasma (PRP) or surgery I am going to try BPC157 200mcg twice per day.

Question is regarding injection site. Where around my elbow should I be injecting to get as close to the tendon as possible? This is also a tough spot bc there are a lot of veins in this area, and I dont want to look like a heroin addict. Its my left arm, just did the first inject of 200mcg on the right side (inside) of my elbow. Let me know what you guys think.

I have a 70% tear in my distal bicep tendon as well. I've been injecting into my upper outer forearm and lower bicep.

I'm not sure. It seems to be helping, the pain is definitely lessening but that could just be normal healing. I'm back up to 20lb dumbell curls Haha. I'm also on hgh though.

I had 3 opinions and 2 said surgery and 1 said he wouldn't unless it tears completely. They all thought the prp was a waste of money because the tendon was already torn and recessed so it wouldn't help the tear at all, but would speed the recovery of the remaining 30%.

I voted against the surgery because I want to compete in May and with surgery, that would be out.

Yea I have no pain but the loss of strength is ridiculous. How are you running it? I'm taking 200mcg pre workout and post workout and every workout I do 3 sets of light dumbbell curls on that arm. Just started yesterday. Running it w 2iu hgh and peptide's as wrll

I try to administer as close to the injury as possible with subcutaneous or intramuscular. I hope for the best in regards to not hitting veins. If it gets in the vein it's no big deal. If there's a lot of bruising I'd wear long sleeve shirts or cover it up with skin colored make up.

I'm doing 500mcg every morning. I also did 2 vials of tb500.

I haven't changed my workouts but reduced my weight significantly on bicep and some back exercises.

Just got back from the dr who interestingly does both pain management and mens health and also is involved with a highly regarded hospital in NYC. he took a sonogram which showed that this was an old tear but there is also a new tear. he suggested that he could do PRP, but when I told him i was using HGH and BPC157 he said that what I am doing is great and keep doing it and that if that didnt work we could try PRP.

I asked my doctor if there was anything I could take to speed healing and he was like "from looking at you, I think you know" haha.
