I ran 4 weeks of BPC157 for some shoulder/bicep tendonitis and I'm worse off from when I started. I ran 2500mcg day 1 (oops, bad calculation on my part-lol)
Day 2 - 1500mcg (noticed half the vial was gone and recalculated)
Day 3 - 28 I used 250mcg/day alternating between shoulder/bicep and elbow/bicep.
Now I didn't stop training but I definitely cut back severely.
Should I try again at a higher dosage?
Do you think my stuff was bunk?
Or should I try a different peptide? (Maybe TB500 I was thinking?)
