So, lately after training back and/ Biceps I've been having issues with my Brachioradialis/Brachialis acting up for a few hours after training.
It doesn't hurt, but if I contract my Biceps while holding something like a phone or a bar of soap, the muscles will "roll" for lack of better terms and my arm will feel locked in that position.
Has anyone ever had an issue like this? It only lasts for the rest of the night and will be fine in the morning, can't get it to happen even if I try.
I'm perplexed, and annoyed with it. I struggle to shower afterwards since I can't really hold a bar of soap without it happening.
