Brachioradialis/brachialis Injury?

So, lately after training back and/ Biceps I've been having issues with my Brachioradialis/Brachialis acting up for a few hours after training.

It doesn't hurt, but if I contract my Biceps while holding something like a phone or a bar of soap, the muscles will "roll" for lack of better terms and my arm will feel locked in that position.

Has anyone ever had an issue like this? It only lasts for the rest of the night and will be fine in the morning, can't get it to happen even if I try.

I'm perplexed, and annoyed with it. I struggle to shower afterwards since I can't really hold a bar of soap without it happening.

you likely have a partial distal biceps tear. google it and the symptoms. i partially tore mine. if thats what happened, lemme kno and i can offer some advice/experience.

I googled it and it doesn't seem like that's my problem according to some illustrations and the symptoms list. No bruising, swelling, weakness or anything else listed.

It happens on both arms and everything feels identical. Doesn't bother me at all while training, usually an hour or two after then persists through the night.

I don't train forearms much, besides hammer curls and reverse curls. Could a muscle imbalance create a problem like this? My forearms aren't lagging, but if training them might help I'm more than willing to add them in.
 
i have tore my distal tendon bicep completely. I have done surgery for attach it, if u have any question please let me know
