When Angelina left this morning she said she was going to get brad a cake and some cookies, but said nothing of him getting bigger lately
So let me get this, Lou Joseph, a guy with incredible genetics, lives the bodybuilding lifestyle for years and years and Brad could get his body in six months?I think he could do it relatively fast. Think about this. He can afford to be babied and have EVERYTHING on point for as long as he wants. Picture this. 6 Months
-Great Cycle (anyone with decent knowledge can put together a good bulker)
-GH no problemo and probably a decent amount
-All meals prepared for him exactly as specified every single day right on time.
(this is the biggie)
-Proper supplement regimen put together as well.
-Deep tissue massage 2-3x per week for recovery and fascia expansion.
-Pay any expert trainer to train him, spot him, load/unload machines/bars and
make sure hes training properly and on the right split.
-Legs need not be trained as hard as upper body, as in hollywood nobody really
sees legs much....so that means more time and focus on upper body.
All ducks in line and everything on point... quite possible to gain a good 15-20lbs LBM in 6 months for a newbie (lets face it, even if he hits the gym, hes a newbie compred to most of us).
Now that pic looks about 200lbs ripped +/- 10lbs....he could get close.
Top row middle look familiar to anyone

I dont have the pic anymore but a quick search on google showed the deal
