Hey bros..starting my last school semester up! I was wondering if anyone recommend any otc supps to help focus /give some energy throughout the day. With lifting, eating, working I'm beat and I have a hard time focusing in class without day dreaming. I'm like a fucking squirrel lol.

Onnit makes a vitamin pack with Alpha Brain and Shroomtech called Total Primate Care, I'd recommend it for anyone trying to balance your type of workload (working, school, training). Throw in some Aniracetam and/or Noopept and you'll be good to go.

There are so many things you hear about.

I really like Huperzine A for a mental boost. I dose it about 200mcg-100mcg when I use it.

If you have a test or presentation I strongly recommend eating approx. 300g organic blueberries about 3 hours before.
