A lot of times it is 95+ degrees in there. Branch hardly rests between sets, he busts out 405 on military press like a warm up weight. He is a warrior for sure. He may not have the best lines but damn, he has got some wicked, marbled mass!!! You gotta respect his work ethic!! I think he could kill a lot of other pros in the gym with his routine!

Met him a couple of years ago at a NPC show in Dallas...he is one laid back guy, kinda soft spoken and really nice. We talked for a few and got a couple pictures with him. Oh forgot to mention he is ONE HUGE DUDE.

Yeah, I actually talked with another guy that used to train with him. It was a neat story cause the guy and his wife trained with Branch and his wife.

They only trained together for a few months and this was several years ago. He said Branch was one intense dude to train with!!
