heres my problem when I wake up I am never hungry so here is what i do.
6 eggs
2 scoops protein powder
whole milk
1/2 cup oats
and blend it all then drink it
a few hours later i can eat just fine but if i cook eggs and steak up first think in the morning i can force it down but it takes me forever
any suggestions or anyone else with the same problem
i just started b12 a few days ago hopefully that will help
