Breakfast 1:

-1 cup eggwhite(30G Protein 0g fat,0 cholesterol)
-1 cup oats without sugar (60g carbs,8g fibre,0g fat,0 sugar)
-1/2 Avocado(15g Fat) Monoinsature,Sature

-5 whole eggs hardboiled(30g Protein, 25g Fat)
-1 cup oats without sugar (60g carbs,8g fibre,0g fat,0 sugar)e (60g Carbs,8g fibre 0 Sugar)

What is the better breakfast between those 2?
 
Breakfast 1, simply because i think avocado is better source of fat, but for simplicity most stick with breakfast #2

What is healthier? Would the breakfast 1 be better?

Some people in the fitness industry Told me this:

You need to eat Lean protein without fat Like (Eggwhites,Turkey,Chicken,White fish) and you add Vegetable fat source too the meal like (Avocado,Almonds,Peanut butter, Olive oil).

Not eating beef,whole eggs, Dark chicken meat, Fattie fish.

Im trying too understand. Im lost.

Fatties acid Dictate Bodyfat Localisation on the body.

Saturated fat got like 10 sub fatties acid profile.

Monoinsaturated fat got like 5 sub fatties acid profile.

Those fatties acid Affect Bodyfat distribution on the body.

Someone who eat a Low fat Animal Protein and Combine with Vegetables fats will have a different Bodyfat distribution on the body.

Some guys got all their fat in the stomach.

Some guys got Fat on their thighs.

I research that alot from several people.

It matter.

When i lower my intake of Whole eggs and beef, i lose stomach fat. When i up these i accumulate stomach fat. Seem like the fatties acids from those source affect the distribution of bodyfat on the stomach.

When i eat olive oil, peanut butter, almonds, fat sources with Lean protein i loose stomach fat... and got a little more bodyfat on Thighs.

Just wondering what people are doing on this...

I personally think that fat distribution has WAY more to do with genetics than what type of fat you eat.

I think a lot of people mistake water retention and belly bloat for fat gain when it’s actually a byproduct of poor digestion. For example I don’t digest pork very well so if I eat a few meals with ham mt stomach will be more descended than normal due to it sitting in my gut for way longer as well as cause gas.

Also if I eat say 200g carbs a day (that’s a lot for me) from oats and brown rice for a week I will hold water like a pregnant cow , I get joint pain , loose stool , acid indigestion and loose a lot of vascularity.
Now if I eat 200g carbs a day from fresh fruits like pineapple , apples , and berries I don’t hold any water , I feel much better , bowel movement is normal and I’m actually hungry a lot sooner.

Stick to foods 5hat your body digest well , if you don’t tolerate eggs then don’t eat them , same for beef , chicken , fish and anything else. If you notice that it gives you excessive gas , any sort of stomach upset or anything stat away from it.
